Use of step stool are only for deep cleans, initial cleans, move in/out, and post-construction. Items out of reach in recurring cleans can be added per request for an additional fee. Please reach out to the office to request use of step stool on recurring clean.
Blinds can be done on any service at any time for a flat fee. If you would like them included in recurring maintenance clean, you only need to add them to your initial clean and they will be maintained for no additional fee.
Hard water: removal of mineral build up requires extra time. Please select this when booking so that we can account for the additional time in our scheduling.
